Dr. Shannon will be out of the office with limited portal access from October 1-10. Any portal messages, texts or phone calls that require her input will be responded to beginning October 12. Thank you for your understanding. Sara will still be available daily during this time for nutrition and administrative support.
Quick messages for Dr. Shannon and Sara that are medical (including refill requests) or nutritional will be charged $45 per message if you are NOT currently working through a Jumpstart, Essential or Total package, or if you're not part of our monthly Wellness Warrior VIP group. If you have an extensive message with lots of questions, a visit will be required. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
Messages that are scheduling/administrative in nature are always FREE.
